Terms of service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern all cleaning services provided by ClarivoClean. By booking or confirming a service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Services

ClarivoClean provides residential and commercial cleaning services including (but not limited to):

  • Standard Home Cleaning
  • Deep Cleaning
  • End-of-Tenancy Cleaning
  • Airbnb / Short-Let Turnover Cleaning
  • Office Cleaning

All services are carried out to a professional standard based on the agreed booking details.


3. Bookings & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure a booking.
  • Bookings are only confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.

4. Payments

  • Prices are agreed before the service begins.
  • Payment must be made in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • All deposits and advance payments are non-refundable.
  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a booking.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours or same-day cancellations may result in full charges being applied.

6. Access to Property

  • The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed time.
  • If access is not provided, the booking will be treated as a cancellation and charged accordingly.
  • Any delay caused by access issues may affect service completion.

7. Service Limitations

  • Quotes are based on the information provided at booking.
  • If the property condition significantly differs from what was described, additional charges may apply.
  • Heavy clutter removal, hoarding conditions, or hazardous environments may require a revised quote or refusal of service.

8. Satisfaction Policy

We aim to deliver high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We may offer a re-clean at our discretion where appropriate.


9. Liability

  • ClarivoClean is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or fragile items not disclosed before cleaning.
  • Clients are responsible for securing valuables and personal belongings.

10. Agreement

By booking a service with ClarivoClean, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
