Shipping policy

1. Service Delivery

ClarivoClean provides on-site cleaning services at the client’s property location. We do not ship or deliver physical goods.

All services are carried out at the agreed address and scheduled time confirmed during booking.


2. Service Areas

We currently operate across East London and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:
Stratford, Hackney, Bow, Canary Wharf, Leyton, Walthamstow, and nearby locations.

Additional travel outside standard service areas may incur a travel fee.


3. Appointment Times

  • All bookings are scheduled in advance.
  • Estimated arrival times will be provided, however slight delays may occur due to travel or previous job conditions.
  • Clients will be notified where possible if delays occur.

4. Access Requirements

  • Clients must ensure full access to the property at the agreed time.
  • If access is not available, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation and charged accordingly.

5. Completion of Service

  • Services are considered complete once all agreed tasks have been carried out.
  • Any additional work requested on-site may be subject to extra charges.

6. Revisit Policy

If there are any concerns with the service provided, clients must notify us within 24 hours. Where appropriate, a revisit or correction may be arranged at our discretion.


7. Agreement

By booking with ClarivoClean, you agree to this Service Delivery Policy along with our Terms of Service and Payment Policy.
