Payment & Non-Refundable Policy – ClarivoClean
At ClarivoClean, we operate a structured booking system to ensure availability, staff allocation, and efficient scheduling for all clients.
Booking Deposits / Payments
To confirm any cleaning appointment, a deposit or full payment may be required in advance. This secures your booking slot and covers scheduling and preparation time.
Non-Refundable Policy
All deposits and advance payments are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed. This is because once a slot is reserved, we allocate time, staff, and resources specifically for your appointment, and may turn away other clients for that time.
Rescheduling
We understand plans can change. Clients may request to reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, and we will do our best to accommodate a new time based on availability.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to an additional fee.
Missed Appointments / Cancellations
If a client is unavailable at the scheduled time, provides incorrect access details, or cancels on the day, the payment or deposit will be forfeited.

By confirming a booking with ClarivoClean, you agree to these terms.
